Improve Marker Quality and Recoloring Improve the overall quality of the standard sized markers and improve the recoloring of markers. Demonstration Map Add a demonstration map to the marker editing page to display how the markers will look on the actual map and give a better representation of the final picture. Marker Sorting Add marker sorting capabilities to sort markers alphabetically, by categories, shape and most popular/most downloaded. Advanced Search Add advanced search to search by marker type, category and shape for a more detailed search. Full Mobile Responsiveness Focus on making every aspect of the website responsive and mobile ready. Popular Markers Filter Count which markers are the most downloaded and allow for filtering by the most popular/viewed markers. Performance Enhancements Improve performance and marker loading times as well as the pagination of markers and adding pagination to search results. Automatic Marker Resizing Allow for markers to be automatically resized. Redesign and Improve Upload Interface (Backend) Improve intuitivity of the marker uploading section and add improvements to mass marker uploading

V1.2 (30 July)

Marker Creator Add a section to create your own markers, by using your own icons (or any provided icons) and adding a marker base, customizing the color, adding borders and effects and other customization options. Then allow for downloading or saving these markers. Collections and Marker Packs Add collections or packs of markers that can be downloaded as a zipped file such as packs of categories and certain theme-grouped content. User Markers Add a section for users to upload markers and credit the users, for others to freely download as well from the community markers. Integrate Marker Creator with WP Google Maps Integrate the marker creator with the WordPress plugin WP Google Maps so that you can create markers on the fly from your WordPress panel. Marker Editor Modal Open the marker editor in a pop-up modal to make the experience more seamless. Download Count Count individual marker download count and total marker download count and allow filtering by these statistics. User Collections Add a system to sign up for free and then allow you to add markers to your collection as you go and view, manage, and download collections with a click. Showcase Page Add a page to showcase websites using the Mappity markers in action. Add FAQ Page Add a frequently asked question page to answer the most asked questions.

Future

Google Map Theme Collection Add a seperate section to for a Google Maps theme collection with pre-created themes to customize maps further. Extend Mappity Theme and Publish Extend the Mappity theme into a full-fledged WordPress theme and publish it to the WP Theme Repository. Marker InfoWindow Styles Collection Add a marker styling collection for InfoWindow styles, to add more customization to your maps. Integrate with other Web Icon Fonts Integrate with other free web icon fonts to provide more of a variety of markers.
